Azizi Milan 30

Azizi Milan 30 is an apartment-only tower from Azizi Developments in City of Arabia, the Dubailand masterplan built around Mall of Arabia and a cluster of residential towers. Units start from AED 592,000 on a freehold title, with construction already under way and handover targeted for April 2027.

The building's amenity set covers an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, landscaped gardens, CCTV security, an on-site children's play area and restaurant space at ground level — a fairly standard package for a City of Arabia mid-rise, geared toward residents who want mall access on foot rather than resort-style grounds. Azizi is offering the project on a standard payment plan, without the extended post-handover structures seen on some of its other Dubai launches.
