Barbados 2 is DAMAC's follow-on release to the original Barbados cluster, dropping the villa allocation in favour of a townhouse-only lineup at a lower entry price. Same handover quarter as the original Barbados, same island theme, but a narrower unit mix aimed at buyers who don't need a full villa plot.

From AED 3.559 million with handover targeted for June 2030, Barbados 2 gives buyers a lower entry point into the Barbados cluster than the original release, which starts from AED 4.12 million.
