Lagoon Views 12 at DAMAC Lagoons

Lagoon Views 12 is an apartment building within the Lagoon Views cluster of DAMAC Lagoons, the Mediterranean-and-Caribbean-themed masterplan built around a network of lagoons in Dubailand. Unlike the villa and townhouse clusters that dominate much of the community, Lagoon Views is DAMAC Lagoons' apartment-focused pocket, and building 12 adds to that stack with freehold units starting at AED 1,100,000.

The building is under construction with handover targeted for June 2027, sold on a standard payment plan.
