Fiji 2 at DAMAC Islands

Fiji 2 at Damac Islands is a townhouse-only release, sitting within DAMAC's tropical-island masterplan in Dubailand. It's the second phase carrying the Fiji name, following on from the original Fiji cluster on the same island-themed layout. Pricing starts from AED 2,330,000, with the developer yet to publish a ceiling figure for the range.

Buyers get a choice of two payment plan structures at launch. On-site amenities lean toward everyday family use rather than resort-style extras: an indoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, a children's play area, on-site restaurants and CCTV coverage. Handover is scheduled for the end of December 2028, and the project is currently under construction, putting it roughly two and a half years out from completion.
