Belgrove Residences

Belgrove Residences is Ellington's apartment release in Meydan, priced from AED 1,685,828 with handover targeted for September 2027. The project is currently under construction, and Ellington has kept the offering to apartments only, without a villa or townhouse component in this particular scheme. Payment is structured on a standard plan rather than an extended post-handover schedule.

On-site amenities cover an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, landscaped gardens, a barbecue area, a children's play area, restaurants, and CCTV security — a mix aimed at daily residential use rather than resort-style extras. The Meydan setting places the building within the racecourse district's ongoing expansion of villa and apartment communities near Downtown, rather than in an established, fully built-out neighborhood.
