Golf Trails at Emaar South

Golf Trails is the newest of Emaar's golf-corridor releases at Emaar South, still at pre-construction stage with handover pencilled in for October 2030 — the longest runway to completion of the community's current phases. Pricing opens at AED 1.06 million, matching Golf Hills as the community's lowest published entry point.

Because construction has not yet started, Golf Trails carries the earliest-stage pricing and payment-plan flexibility typical of a soft-launch phase, ahead of what will likely be incremental price increases as the phase moves into active construction.
