Palmeira is a villa-only release inside The Oasis, Emaar's low-density lagoon community off Sheikh Zayed Road. Freehold units start from AED 9,742,330, positioning Palmeira toward the upper end of pricing within the wider Oasis masterplan given its subcommunity, Palmiera, sits directly on the development's water features. The project is currently under construction, with handover scheduled for December 2027.
