Palmiera 2 at The Oasis is Emaar's follow-on villa release inside The Oasis, its ultra-low-density masterplan off Sheikh Zayed Road built around a lagoon system. The phase is villas-only, priced from AED 9,180,000, sitting toward the top of the community's price ladder and signalling larger plots or higher specification than the community's entry-level phases.

Construction is under way, with handover targeted for June 2028 on a freehold title. On-site amenities cover an indoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, a children's play area, a barbecue area and CCTV security — a resident-facing set rather than a resort-style extra, in keeping with The Oasis's low-rise, family-oriented positioning.
