The Valley West

The Valley West is a townhouse-only release within Emaar's The Valley, the family-oriented villa masterplan strung along Dubai-Al Ain Road around a central park spine. Unlike the community's mixed villa-and-townhouse phases, this release sticks to townhouses exclusively, keeping the offering focused rather than spreading across multiple unit types. It is under construction now, with handover targeted for June 2027, and sold on a freehold basis.

Pricing opens at AED 2,800,000. On-site amenities cover an indoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, a children's play area, a barbecue area and CCTV security — a set geared toward family living rather than resort-style extras. As with the rest of The Valley, residents draw on the wider masterplan's park network in addition to what's built directly into this phase.
