Azure Blue Villas

Azure Blue Villas is a completed villa release by Nakheel within The Beach Collection at Palm Jebel Ali — Nakheel's second, larger palm-shaped island, currently under active redevelopment. Unlike the apartment towers going up elsewhere on the island, this is a freehold, villa-only address, with pricing starting from AED 18,000,000.

Construction is already finished, so buyers here take on a delivered asset rather than an off-plan payment schedule tied to a future handover. The Beach Collection is set up as a self-contained residential pocket, with a gym, shared pool, landscaped gardens, children's play area, barbecue area and CCTV coverage on site, plus restaurants and retail facilities within reach and a mosque nearby.
