Naya Phase 2 is Nakheel's follow-on apartment release within Naya at District One, part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City east of Downtown Dubai. The phase is apartment-only, sold on a freehold basis, and is currently under construction with handover targeted for July 2028. Entry pricing starts at AED 1,700,000, with two payment plan options available to buyers at launch.
