Rixos Hotel and Residences Phase 3

Rixos Hotel and Residences Phase 3 is Nakheel's third release under the Rixos-branded waterfront series on Dubai Islands, the five-island masterplan off the former Deira coastline. The phase spans apartments, duplexes and townhouses on a freehold basis, pairing hotel-branded residence status with direct island frontage rather than a standalone residential build.

The building is currently under construction, with handover targeted for March 2029. In-community resale listings for the Rixos line on Dubai Islands start from around AED 2,450,000, giving a working reference point while Nakheel has not published official launch pricing for this phase. On-site amenities line up with the resort-residence format: an indoor pool, gymnasium, landscaped gardens, restaurants, a children's play area and CCTV-monitored grounds.
