Sobha Skyscape Altius

Skyscape Altius is Sobha Realty's apartment tower in Sobha Hartland II, the developer's second-phase waterfront masterplan in Bukadra. Units start from AED 1,700,000 on a freehold basis, with the building currently under construction and handover targeted for December 2028. Two payment plan options are available for buyers, though Sobha has not published the installment breakdown for either.

The building's amenity set covers everyday resident needs rather than a resort-style extra: landscaped gardens, an indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, a children's play area, a barbecue zone, CCTV coverage, and on-site restaurants. As an apartment-only release, Skyscape Altius does not include villa or townhouse stock, positioning it as one entry point into Sobha Hartland II's broader waterfront community alongside the area's other Sobha-branded towers.
