Reportage Hills

Freehold

Reportage Hills is a villa and townhouse community developed by Reportage Properties, located in the Wadi Al Safa/Dubailand area of Dubai, in the broader corridor near Living Legends and DAMAC Hills, with access via Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road. The masterplan focuses on family-oriented low-rise living, offering three- to six-bedroom villas and townhouses set around communal parks, pools, and retail amenities rather than high-rise apartments. It is a freehold project positioned as an affordable-to-mid-market suburban alternative for end-user families and investors seeking villa-style living without the premium price tag of nearby established gated communities like Arabian Ranches. Reportage Hills is known for its gated-community lifestyle, green open spaces, and value pricing aimed at first-time villa buyers and growing families wanting more space away from Dubai's dense urban core.
