Dugasta Properties is a privately held Dubai developer founded in 1991 by chairman Tauseef Khan, who has more than three decades in the local real estate and contracting industry; the group also runs THK Building Contracting, established in 2022, as its in-house construction arm. Dugasta builds mid-market residential apartment blocks rather than master-planned districts, concentrating its current pipeline in Dubai Industrial City and Jumeirah Village Circle. Its flagship line is the multi-phase Al Haseen Residences in Dubai Industrial City, now running through phases 3 to 6 with deliveries staggered into 2027, alongside earlier projects such as Paradise View. The company markets itself across the affordable-to-luxury spectrum but its recent output skews toward studio and one- to two-bedroom units aimed at investors, positioning Dugasta in Dubai's high-volume mid-market apartment segment rather than the trophy-asset tier.
