New Launches in Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar's largest-ever mega-development — a 6 sqkm waterfront master community built at the confluence of Dubai Creek and the Arabian Gulf, 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai. At its centrepiece stands the future Dubai Creek Tower, designed to surpass Burj Khalifa as the world's tallest structure at over 1km. The community includes Creek Island (the first phase, now substantially complete), Creek Beach (750m of white-sand beach), Creek Marina, and The Cove — a network of luxury residences, hotels, and F&B outlets. Over 70% of completed units are already occupied, and resale values have increased 45% since 2019. The Gold Line metro extension will connect Creek Harbour to the city centre from 2029.
