Taraf Properties (also known as Taraf Development) is the real estate division of Yas Holding, a privately held Abu Dhabi investment group, established in 2022 and led by chief executive Ahmad Shibel. Headquartered at Marina Plaza in Dubai Marina, the company positions itself as a boutique, design-led developer at the luxury end of the market rather than a volume builder. Its Dubai portfolio spans Palm Jumeirah, Meydan, Jumeirah Village Circle and Jumeirah Golf Estate, and includes Luce on Palm Jumeirah, the Karl Lagerfeld-branded villa community in Meydan, and the Terra Golf Collection, Cello and Terrazzo developments. The company has also expanded into Abu Dhabi with projects such as Fay Hills, developed with Masdar City. As a relatively young developer with its first handovers still pending, Taraf's delivery track record remains to be established.
