Arada is a privately held developer founded in 2017 by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of the Sharjah Ruler's Office, and Saudi investor Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal. It built its reputation on large mixed-use communities in Sharjah — Aljada, Masaar and Nasma Residences — before expanding into Dubai, where it now positions itself in the luxury and branded-residence segment. Its Dubai portfolio includes Jouri Hills in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah, and W Residences at Dubai Harbour, each aimed at buyers above the market's mid-tier. The company reports an active and future pipeline exceeding AED 130 billion across both emirates.
