Avenew Properties (operating as Avenew Development) is a privately held boutique Dubai developer founded in 2024 by Rasha Hassan, with Issam Galadari — former chief executive of Emaar Properties and former real-estate director at Investment Corporation of Dubai — as managing partner. The company works at the premium and branded-residence end of the market, concentrating its portfolio in two master-planned growth corridors, Dubai Islands and Dubai South. It has signed development agreements with Marriott International and Hilton to bring St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf Astoria branded residences to Dubai, and Hilton has described its Dubai Islands pipeline as running to a sixth development in that community.
