Villanova is a freehold villa and townhouse community developed by Dubai Properties in the south-eastern part of Dubailand, with access via Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near The Villa community and Dubai Outlet Mall. First launched in April 2016 with its initial Amaranta cluster, the community was designed around a Mediterranean-inspired architectural style and has since expanded through additional phases and sub-communities, including La Quinta (announced 2017) and La Rosa (launched 2019, delivered across multiple phases), with a further phase, La Tilia, in development.
