Town Square is a large master-planned community developed by Nshama, situated along Al Qudra Road near its junction with Emirates Road in Dubailand, roughly a 30-40 minute drive from Downtown Dubai. Launched in 2015, it is one of Nshama's flagship and largest masterplans, spanning approximately 750 acres and planned for build-out over about a decade, with a target of roughly 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments once complete. The community is freehold, open to both UAE nationals and foreign buyers. At its heart is a town-centre public space, described by the developer as roughly the size of 16 football fields, ringed by retail outlets, a Reel Cinemas multiplex, and a Vida-branded hotel. Additional amenities include parks, cycling and jogging trails, splash pools, playgrounds, and sports courts, positioning Town Square as a suburban, family-oriented alternative to Dubai's denser central districts.
