Zoya Developments is the UAE platform of an Indian family-run property group operating under the Columbia Group umbrella, chaired by Farooq Khan and led in Dubai by second-generation directors Shoaib and Imtiaz Khan. The company built its track record in India before entering the Dubai market, where it has committed more than AED 2 billion of investment across a three-year horizon and secured land in Al Furjan, Dubai Islands, JVT, Dubai Land Residence Complex and Dubai South. Its positioning is mid-market residential rather than luxury — well-connected suburban communities, smart-home fit-outs and sustainability credentials aimed at end-users and yield-focused investors. It is a recent arrival to Dubai, with first local handovers targeted from 2026, and is a separate company from the similarly spelled UAE developer Zaya.
