Fakhruddin Properties is a privately held Dubai developer founded in 2003 by Fakhruddin Ebrahimji as part of the wider Fakhruddin Holdings group, whose trading roots in the UAE date to 1963; Yousuf Fakhruddin serves as CEO. Headquartered in Business Bay, the company builds residential and mixed-use schemes concentrated in Business Bay itself, including developments near Lake Central, and in Jumeirah Village Triangle, where it broke ground on the 32-storey, 264-unit Treppan Tower. It also has an older footprint in established Dubai communities such as Deira and Al Qusais, and the wider Fakhruddin group has extended into the UK, India and Uganda.
