H&H Development is a privately held Dubai developer, investor and asset manager founded in 2007 by Shahab Lutfi and Mohamed Al Hussaini. It works at the top of the market, pairing branded residences with hotel-grade operations rather than chasing volume. Delivered Dubai assets include City Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Galleria Mall on Al Wasl Road and the first buildings under H&H's own Eden House brand, with an active pipeline of hotel-and-residence projects across Jumeirah, DIFC and Dubai Hills Estate. Unusually for a developer of its size, H&H keeps development, property management, leasing, facilities management, interior design and FF&E procurement in-house, so the same team that builds an asset also operates it after handover.
