RERA: ActiveLondon Gate is a privately held Dubai developer founded in 2014, led by chief executive Eman Taha, and headquartered in Dubai. It builds vertical residential towers rather than master-planned communities, concentrating its portfolio in Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Al Furjan and Dubai Sports City. The company is best known for its branded-residence partnership with Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller, delivering the Franck Muller Vanguard tower and developing the Aeternitas Tower, a 106-storey, 450-metre building marketed as the world's tallest residential clock tower and scheduled for completion in 2027. Other projects include Golf Vista Heights, Maya V and Nadine I and II. London Gate positions itself in Dubai's design-led luxury segment, pairing high-profile brand collaborations with mid-to-upper-market vertical towers rather than large-scale master communities.
