Founded in 1978 by Moafaq Ahmad Al Gaddah as a trading business, the MAG Group grew into a Dubai-headquartered private conglomerate spanning contracting, engineering, industrial and commercial trading, freight and hospitality; its property arm, MAG Property Development, was set up in 2003. Completed Dubai work covers an unusually wide price band. At one end sits Emirates Financial Towers, a twin commercial tower in DIFC delivered in 2011 and recognised by Guinness World Records for its automated parking system; at the other, mid-market housing such as MAG 5 Boulevard in Dubai South. Between them are residential towers including the 42-storey MBL Residence in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. That spread — affordable apartments through to wellness-led luxury — defines the company's positioning.
