Meteora Developers is a privately held Dubai developer founded in 2023 by chief executive Praveen Sharma together with co-founder Omar Al Amour, and headquartered in Dubai Media City. It builds mid- to upper-market residential towers, concentrating its activity in Jumeirah Village Circle and, more recently, Liwan. Its portfolio includes The East Crest and 7 Park Central, both in Jumeirah Village Circle, Vivanti Residences in JVC, Park Boulevard and Vita Grande under construction, and Viani in Liwan. The company markets itself as an affordable-luxury developer and has also acquired the DIFC-based real estate crowdfunding platform Maisour. As a developer still in only its third year, Meteora's handover record is limited to a small number of completed towers, so buyers should weigh this against its short overall track record.
