Established in 2014 by Fred Durie, a former chief executive of Emaar International, Nshama is a privately held Dubai developer defined by a single flagship: Town Square Dubai. Launched in 2015 off Al Qudra Road, the roughly 31-million-sq-ft master community pairs townhouse clusters with mid-rise apartment districts arranged around a central park, a retail boulevard, schools and cycling loops. Delivered phases include UNA Apartments, Hayat Boulevard and the Safi, Naseem, Sama and Noor townhouse collections. Nshama's segment is affordable-to-mid-market family housing, and it competes on price per square foot, amenity depth and long payment terms rather than on luxury specification or prime-district location.
