Pantheon Development is a privately held Dubai developer founded in 2016 by Kalpesh Kinariwala. It concentrates its residential portfolio in Jumeirah Village Circle and Jumeirah Village Triangle, with completed schemes including Pantheon Boulevard and the Maison Elysee and Elysee Heights buildings, and has broken ground on VOXA, an AED 800 million mixed-use project in Jumeirah Village Triangle. The company has also expanded into Ras Al Khaimah with the One Central development in RAK Central, backed by a reported AED 1 billion investment. Pantheon positions itself in the "affordable luxury" tier, aiming to deliver higher-spec apartments at prices accessible to middle-income buyers rather than the ultra-luxury segment, and its founder has been recognized in regional industry awards for delivery and payment-plan design. Output skews toward studio and one- to two-bedroom apartments aimed at end-users and investors in Dubai's high-growth JVC/JVT corridor.
