Prestige One Developments is the real-estate arm of Prestige Holding Group, a privately owned diversified group active in Dubai since 2007 with interests across construction, oil and gas, hospitality and F&B. The developer brand itself was established more recently, in 2023, and is led by founder and chief executive Ajmal Saifi from offices at Marina Plaza in Dubai Marina. Its residential activity targets Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Sports City, Dubai Islands, Meydan and Jumeirah Lakes Towers, positioned in the design-led premium tier — amenity-rich apartment buildings aimed at both investors and owner-occupiers rather than mass-market volume. The wider group also holds hospitality investments in Europe, giving the developer a parent balance sheet outside UAE residential alone.
