Fast growth defines Samana Developers, a privately held, Business Bay-headquartered developer led by founder and CEO Imran Farooq. Its debut project, Samana Greens in Arjan, launched in September 2018, and the pipeline has since expanded across Arjan, JVC, Majan, Dubailand Residence Complex and Jebel Ali, alongside a first international scheme in the Maldives. The product proposition is resort-style mid-luxury: private pools attached to individual units, amenity-dense podium decks and extended payment plans pitched at yield-focused investors rather than trophy end-users. Completed handovers include Samana Hills, delivered in June 2022, and Samana Santorini, and the company builds much of its brand messaging around delivery timing.
