Zaya
RERA:Zaya is a boutique UAE developer and hospitality operator launched in 2008 as a joint venture, with Emirati entrepreneur Nadia Zaal as founder and chief executive. It is deliberately small in output and high in positioning: private islands, low-density communities and design-led villas rather than towers at scale. Its best-known asset is Nurai Island off the Abu Dhabi coast, which pairs residential villas with the Zaya Nurai Island resort the company also operates, and it is behind the Zuhha Island project on Dubai's World Islands. Zaya sits firmly in the ultra-luxury waterfront and island niche, and runs development, hospitality and wellness programming under a single brand, distinct from the similarly named Dubai developer Zoya Developments.
