Chion is Aldar's villa-only release at Athlon by Aldar, priced from AED 4,600,000 on a freehold basis. Rather than mixing unit types, the sub-community is built around detached villa living, positioning it toward the upper end of what Athlon offers as the wider masterplan takes shape. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2028, with construction currently underway.
