Hado by Beyond Phase 2

Hado by Beyond Phase 2 is an apartment-only release inside the Hado by Beyond development on Dubai Islands, the five-island waterfront masterplan off the former Deira coastline. This phase centres on Hado by Beyond Tower B, sold on a freehold basis with starting prices from AED 2,160,000. Construction has not yet broken ground, placing the launch at an early, pre-construction stage of the sales cycle.

The building's amenity offer covers an indoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, a children's play area, on-site restaurants and CCTV security — a self-contained set aimed at residents rather than a wider community club. Payment is structured around a single Standard plan.
