"Agua Residences Tower 2"

Agua Residences Tower 2 is Citi Developers' second tower in the AGUA Residences cluster on Dubai Islands, the five-island waterfront masterplan built out from the former Deira Islands off the Deira coastline. The project is currently under construction, held under freehold ownership, with handover targeted for December 2027.

Pricing opens at AED 1,750,000, with a standard payment plan structure rather than an extended post-handover schedule. The amenity set leans toward everyday resident use over resort-style extras: a gym, infinity pool, landscaped gardens, a leisure lounge, a children's play area, a barbecue area, a staffed lobby and on-site security. As a second-tower launch within an existing cluster, it extends AGUA Residences' footprint on the islands rather than introducing a new concept to the masterplan.
