Damac Islands Studio

Damac Islands Studio is the apartment component of DAMAC Islands, the Dubailand masterplan otherwise built around villas and townhouses arranged across named tropical-island clusters. Where the rest of the community is low-rise and family-sized, this release is studio-only — an entry point for buyers priced out of the villa and townhouse phases, or investors after a smaller, more liquid unit. Construction has not yet started, and DAMAC has not published a delivery date for this phase.

Pricing starts from AED 680,000, on DAMAC's standard payment plan. Amenities follow the community-hall model shared across DAMAC Islands' clusters: an indoor pool, gym, children's play area, barbecue area, landscaped gardens, a community hall, and on-site security — shared infrastructure rather than building-specific extras, since this is a studio block within the wider island layout.
