FIJI at Damac Islands is a townhouse-and-villa cluster within DAMAC's tropical-island masterplan in Dubailand, one of a set of named island districts built around water features and beach-style landscaping. Damac Properties has the community under construction now, with units priced from AED 2,341,000 and handover targeted for December 2028.

Buyers choose between two payment plan structures at launch. Amenities kept close to the villas rather than shared across the wider masterplan include an indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, landscaped gardens, a children's play area, on-site restaurants and CCTV-monitored security, giving FIJI a more resort-style, contained layout than DAMAC Islands clusters that lean on the community's central attractions instead.
