Chevalia Fields is a villa-only phase inside Emaar's Grand Polo Club & Resort, part of the Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2) masterplan. Freehold villas here start from AED 7,340,000, positioning the phase at the higher end of DIP's off-plan pricing, well above the area's typical apartment and townhouse entry points. The project is under construction, with handover targeted for April 2029.
