Fior 2

Fior 2 is Emaar's follow-up apartment release inside Mina Rashid, the developer's waterfront masterplan built around Dubai's historic port and marina near Bur Dubai. The project is apartment-only, priced from AED 1,800,000, and sits under construction with handover targeted for February 2030 — a longer runway than most current Dubai off-plan stock, giving buyers more payment-plan breathing room before completion.

Ownership is freehold. On-site amenities run to an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, landscaped gardens, a children's play area, restaurants and CCTV security — a fairly standard mid-to-upper amenity set rather than a resort-scale offering, in keeping with Mina Rashid's focus on the marina setting itself over in-building extras.
