Pier Point Phase 2 at Mina Rashid

Pier Point Phase 2 is Emaar's follow-on release at Pier Point within Mina Rashid, the waterfront masterplan built around Dubai's historic port and marina near Bur Dubai. The phase mixes apartments and townhouses on a freehold basis, with entry pricing from AED 1,930,000. Construction is underway, with handover targeted for October 2028.

Two payment plan options are on offer, giving buyers a choice in how they structure payments through to handover. On-site amenities lean toward everyday recreation and family use: an infinity pool, landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, a yoga room, a children's play area, and CCTV security across the community. As a second phase rather than a standalone launch, Pier Point Phase 2 extends the same waterfront positioning as its predecessor within the broader Mina Rashid marina setting.
