Velora is a townhouse-only release inside Emaar's The Valley, Dubai's family-focused villa masterplan on Dubai-Al Ain Road built around a central park spine. Handover is set for August 2028, putting Velora among the community's later-delivery phases rather than its near-term ones.

The amenity list leans toward everyday family use rather than resort-style extras: landscaped gardens, a gym, an indoor pool, a children's play area, a barbecue area, on-site restaurants and CCTV coverage. Construction is already under way. Payment is structured under a single standard plan, without the staggered post-handover options some other Valley launches offer, so buyers should budget on a more conventional milestone schedule through to completion.
