Velora Phase 2 at The Valley

Velora Phase 2 is Emaar's follow-up release inside Velora, a sub-community of The Valley on Dubai-Al Ain Road. Unlike some of The Valley's mixed-unit phases, this release is townhouses only, sold on a freehold basis and currently under construction, with handover targeted for July 2028. Pricing starts from AED 2,930,000, positioning it as a second-phase step-up from the original Velora launch rather than an entry-level product within the masterplan.

On-site amenities are grouped around family living: an indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, landscaped gardens, a children's play area, a barbecue area and on-site restaurants. Buyers can choose between two payment plan options at booking. As part of The Valley, Velora Phase 2 sits within Emaar's villa-led community built around a central park spine, giving the phase access to the wider masterplan's shared green space beyond its own amenity list.
