Sunset Bay Phase 2 is Imtiaz Developments' follow-up release on Dubai Islands, the five-island waterfront masterplan off the Deira coastline. The building carries an apartment and duplex mix, sold freehold, with a single Standard payment plan structure. Construction is currently underway, with handover targeted for February 2027.

Entry pricing starts at AED 1,800,000. The amenity list leans toward a resort-and-wellness brief rather than a sports-first one: infinity pool, jacuzzi and steam facilities, a gymnasium, and a golf club and clubhouse sit alongside landscaped gardens, a barbecue area, a children's play area, and meeting rooms for residents who work from home.
