Sunset Bay Phase 3 at Dubai Islands

Sunset Bay Phase 3 is Imtiaz Developments' third release in the Sunset Bay cluster on Dubai Islands, the five-island waterfront masterplan reshaping the former Deira coastline. The phase is apartments-only, offered on a freehold basis, with construction already under way rather than at the pre-launch stage. Entry pricing starts at AED 1,899,875, and Imtiaz has set handover for March 2027, giving the development a shorter runway to completion than many island-wide projects still at groundbreaking.

In-building amenities lean toward everyday resident use rather than resort-scale extras: an indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, landscaped gardens, a children's play area, on-site restaurants and CCTV-covered security. Payment is structured on Imtiaz's standard plan. As a later phase in an established sub-community, Sunset Bay 3 benefits from infrastructure and positioning already tested by its Phase 1 and Phase 2 predecessors on the same stretch of Dubai Islands.
