The Acres Estates Phase 3

The Acres Estates Phase 3 is Meraas' latest villa release inside The Acres, its low-density villa masterplan in Dubai Land. The phase is villa-only — no apartments or townhouses — sold on a freehold basis, with pricing opening at AED 6.1 million. Construction is underway, with handover targeted for November 2027.
