The West Residence at Serenia District

The West Residence sits within Serenia District West, a new apartment-only quarter that Palma Development is building inside Jumeirah Islands — the gated, low-rise villa community on man-made lakes next to JLT. Serenia District marks a shift for the area, introducing mid-rise apartment living alongside the existing villa stock, with this release positioned on the western edge of that new district.
