RERA:Beyond is the luxury development brand launched in September 2024 by Omniyat Group, the Dubai company founded and chaired by Mahdi Amjad. Where the Omniyat name remains attached to ultra-luxury landmarks, Beyond was created to carry the group's design-led approach into the broader luxury tier. Its anchor is Dubai Maritime City on the Jumeirah coastline, where Beyond holds eight million sq ft of an eleven-million-sq-ft waterfront masterplan organised into districts including The Cove, The Forest and The Promenade; the group's other divisions cover the remaining three million. Additional masterplans sit on Dubai Islands, Palm Jumeirah and in Ras Al Khaimah. As a 2024-vintage brand, Beyond is defined by pipeline rather than a completed-delivery record.
