BT Holdings, trading in Dubai as BT Properties, is the international arm of Bahria Town, the privately held Pakistani real estate group founded in 1996 by chairman Malik Riaz Hussain, with Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik as group CEO. The Dubai entity, BT Properties DWC LLC, opened its regional head office in Dubai South Business Park in January 2025, marking Bahria Town's first venture outside Pakistan. Its flagship undertaking is Waada, a roughly 1.3-million-square-metre master-planned community in Dubai South offering studios through six-bedroom villas alongside schools, parks and wellness facilities, with unit types including the Altura, Cascada, Raiha, Raima and Rayhan collections. The company draws on Bahria Town's three-decade track record building large-scale communities in Pakistan, but as a newly established Dubai developer it has no local handover history yet, so buyers should weigh escrow protections and delivery milestones on Waada itself rather than past UAE performance.
