The project
Terra Woods is Emaar Properties' newest residential launch inside Expo Living — the master-planned neighbourhood at the heart of Expo City Dubai.

Terra Woods launches on a 10/90 construction-linked plan — 10% on booking and the remaining 90% paid across eight build-milestone installments, with completion scheduled for March 2030. The ownership is freehold, units above AED 2,000,000 qualify buyers for the UAE 10-year Golden Visa, and the 4% DLD registration fee applies on transfer. Sales launch is scheduled for 30 May 2026.
